SHIPPING
All orders are packaged with care to protect the quality of your piece. Unless specified otherwise, shipments are sent via DHL. We are happy to assist with specific shipping arrangements prior to purchase—please email hello@magata.info with any inquiries. MAGATA is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
SHIP WINDOWS. Orders are subject to production and fulfilment lead times before they are sent. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and customised pieces may require longer. Shipping windows are estimates only and can vary depending on production and other conditions. To check your order status, please contact us.
COSTS. National Orders (Germany): Free Shipping / Inside EU: DHL standard €15 / Outside the EU: DHL standard €25
Taxes and duties on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Packages ship from Berlin, Germany and must be signed for. International orders may experience delays due to customs.
RETURN POLICY
Our pieces are handmade and some are made-to-order. Customised items may be returned for store credit only. If pieces are ready-to-ship or standard made-to-order items we can offer full refund provided you get in touch within 14 days after receiving your order at hello@magata.info
When contacting us to issue a return, please include your order number and name of the item. You will receive a prepaid return label.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days once approved. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Items must be in original condition. Please return items well-packaged, ideally in the original box. Worn, used, or unapproved returns will be sent back at your expense.
In the event that you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, email us at hello@magata.info within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will address the issue promptly.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. The easiest way to exchanges is to return your piece and place a new order.
Items marked final sale or sample sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
