A: CHEST – Encircle the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape is level and snug

B: WAIST – Measure around the narrowest point of your waist, typically just above the navel

C: HIPS – Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips, keeping it parallel to the floor

D: LENGTH – Determine the desired length by measuring from the top of your hips down to where you want the garment to end

E: HEAD – Position the tape around your head, approximately 1 cm above the ears, to find your hat size
